Customized Contact Form
You will have the ability to choose which contact data your contacts can enter on your AwayFind Contact Form. For instance, do you want to accept phone numbers, email addresses, or both? Do you need to accept internationally formatted phone numbers? Etc.
Text Message Notifications per Month
When your contacts submit messages via AwayFind, you can receive a text message (SMS) notification. Each plan has a fixed number of SMS notifications that you can receive per month. Even after you've reached the maximum number of SMS notifications, you will still receive email notifications and have access to AwayFind messages via your AwayFind Inbox. You may disable the SMS notification feature at any time.
Unlimited Email Notifications
When your contacts submit messages via AwayFind, you can receive an email notification at as many different email addresses as you'd like. You may disable the email notification feature at any time.
Auto Response Templates
The biggest challenge to using AwayFind is not managing the product, but managing your contacts' expectations with an appropriate auto response message (these are often referred to as "Out of Office" or "vacation" messages). To make the transition to AwayFind easier, AwayFind includes a series of professional, customizable auto response templates to get you started.
Gmail Auto Response Integration
If you manage your email in Gmail, you can enable and disable your Gmail auto response message directly from within AwayFind.
30-day Free Trial
You have the opportunity to try the Professional version of AwayFind for a month before we charge your credit card. For instance, if you sign up for a Professional plan on August 10, then you will not be charged if you cancel on or before September 9. If you decide to continue using the Professional version, then you will be billed every month on the 10th.
Your Logo on the Contact Form
The Professional version of AwayFind allows you to upload your own (or your company's) logo for use on your AwayFind Contact Form.
Your Website as Form Submission Result
With the Professional version of AwayFind, your contacts can be automatically taken to a website of your choosing after they submit an AwayFind message.
Text Message Notifications Rollover
With the Professional version of AwayFind, any unused text message (SMS) notifications will roll over to your next billing cycle. For instance, if you have 30 SMS notifications available from August 15 - September 14 and you only use 3, then you will have 57 available for the billing period starting September 15. A benefit of the rollover feature is that if you ever take an extended trip, you won’t have to sacrifice your SMS notifications for that time period. Note: downgrading to a Basic plan will delete any accumulated notifications.
Message Routing by Category
The Professional version of AwayFind enables you to add categories to your Contact Form. Based on the category selected, an AwayFind message can be routed directly to other members of your company (or to anyone, for that matter). This allows you to effectively delegate messages without needing to directly participate in the process.
SSL Security
The Professional version of AwayFind offers secure, encrypted access to the AwayFind Contact Form and Inbox. This means that if you access AwayFind on the road, you are getting the same level of security that banks and online merchants use to protect your data.
Email Support
With the Professional version of AwayFind, you may submit questions, comments, and concerns to our support staff via email. All users of AwayFind are provided with access to our discussion forums.
